How do I take care of my clothes?
Premium Hoodies and Sweaters
Our garments are built to last. Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals. For stubborn stains, pre-treat with gentle stain remover before washing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Care Instructions
Wash inside out to protect the surface. Use a delicate cycle if machine washing, or hand wash for best results. Never use a dryer—air drying preserves fabric integrity and prevents shrinkage. If pilling occurs, gently remove with a fabric comb. With proper care, your hoodies and sweaters will stay soft and beautiful for years to come.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 6-months warranty from the date of purchase on all our products. However, please note that our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. All products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier, you must file a claim directly with Blue Express, as we are not responsible for damages caused during transit. For any warranty claims related to material defects, we will contact the manufacturer (Scuffers or Cold Culture) to resolve the issue.

We're thrilled to deliver to your home in 2 to 3 business days across Chile! All orders ship from our warehouse within this timeframe.

Once your order is packed, you will receive an email from Blue Express with your tracking number. This email allows you to monitor your shipment in real time. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive the email within 72 hours of placing your order.
